Vaan has to be the weakest

FFIV. Cecil is a dark knight, and starts off killing things in a desert.
FFVII. Cloud starts off fighting trained soldiers, and quickly works his awy up to destroying a scorpion mech.
FFVIII. Squall fights other people from his garden, fights monsters outside, and takes down the legendary Ifrit, as practice.
FFIX. Zidane and his monkeytail self are so ninja, he can go "look at the play~ look at the play~" and escape with their princess.
FFX. Tidus is the MVP of one of the leading blitzball teams in all of Spira.

FFXII. Vaan....goes around hunting down tomatos and stabbing bunnies.
Clearly someone has the advantage, wouldn't you say?

lol you can't develop him properly if you ask me. I think that Fran is the best leader. And I think that Baltheir is the best secondary leader

Every hero starts somewhere, its just Vaan starts from below scratch..

I can understand slowly getting stronger, but when you're getting beaten up by a tomato....there's something seriously wrong.
Especially when you have to use a knife to kill it, whereas anyone above the age of 12 could either crush it in their hand, or even simply step on it. Vaan had to go into an all-out battle against it. >.>

He reminds me of Tiduis.
Aside from the fact that he looks almost exactly like him, Vaan stays whiney. At least Tidus, after a few hours, goes "ok, this is serious, time to get up and start doing something." Vaan just keeps complaining...over...and over....and over....and over.
With Tidus I barely noticed it. Vaan....he just won't shut up.

Though, I'd love to be able to do what the guys from XII do.
Walk outside town....walk around some....shank like 20 bunnies and then have enough gil to eat for the day. ^_^
