Not really. The best you get with ToV is Vic as Zagi, Liam o' Brian as Cummore, Troy Barker as Yuri Lowell, Michelle Ruff as Rita, and that's about it really. SO4 has nobody noticeable except the voice actor for Edge, who just did voices of "Random Villager #___" in various anime and video games before SO4.

Michelle Ruff is everywhere. I think she makes a good Rukia though. Not so much Yoko.

Kanji, eh? But if he's playing the Kanji-eske part, how would Liam fit in? As the Yosuke-type? Wouldn't really work, unless Troy was going for something more Cliff-ish and Liam goes more....not-emo Albel-style, imo.
