Chocobo Heaven is meant for anyone who is interested in Square Enix RPGs, for those who love video games, those who want to become part of a great gaming community.

Airships

The Airship were always means of freedom in Final Fantasy Game series, well in Final Fantasy XII it is the same. In this game the airships have names, those name are know in the previous Final Fantasy series as Guardian Forces, Espers, Summons or Aeons. Yes, the airships have their names.
There are many Airships, but you won't be able to ride them all nor control them all. You may have to enter Airships to complete the game, or in the main storyline. I'll let you read about them below.

Strahl

Balthier's and Fran's airship. You will spend the most of your time on it in the game, so you can travel all Ivalice.

Alexander

Alexander looks like a huge castle, like Alexander in Final Fantasy IX. You won't be able to control it. It is a Heavy Carrier Class Airship, the flagship of the 12th Fleet of the Archadian Imperial Army, commanded by Judge Zargabaath and operating under the Galtea Tactical Force of the Western Armada, led by Lord Vayne.

Atomos

Atomos was a summon in Final Fantasy IX. not much informatino is nkow about those airships.

Bahamut

A creation of Cid, father of Balthier, who also created the Strahl, it is the final 'dungeon' of the game, relealing its importance in the same. Bahamut is know to be the strongest Esper/Aeon/Summon in the Final Fantasy series, no wonder why this is the last step of finishing the game.

Catoblepas

This airship is named after a beast that uses an attack that petrifies enemies. It has appeared as a summon in FFV and FFVI. Catoblepas was also present at others Final Fantasies like VIII, IX and X.

Ifrit

Cruiser Class Airship, belonging to the 8th Fleet of the Archadian Imperial Army.

Leviathan

Dreadnought Class Airship, the flagship of the 8th Fleet of the Archadian Imperial Army.

Remora

Remora is a very small airship. It has appeared once before as a bunch of tiny fish in a form of enemy in FFV. Thus, that might explain why this airship is much smaller than others and why you also be able to fight it in FFXII.
